What to do this weekend – Play!

PlayingThis weekend there is enough going on, indoors and out, to fill both day and night with hardly a break. Heat up your Friday night with a steamy Exotic Fitness open house at Shergold Studio. For more family-friendly shows, see “Romeo and Juliet” at the Hamner Theater, and be inspired to take a private acting lesson with one of the stars. Also, be sure to catch “For Colored Girls” at PlayOn!.

On Saturday, volunteer at a local Organic farm with the Outdoor Adventure Social Club. The kids can try to plant a bean stalk as high as Jack did while dressed as their favorite fairy tale character while hearing tall tales during Enchanted Gardens at the Crozet library. Of course, many of you may have your weekend filled with some of the more traditional Charlottesville events including the Foxfield Spring races or Dogwood Festival parade and carnival. New or traditional, there is always something going on in Charlottesville!
