Floydfest (featuring Allison Kraus): This family friendly multi-day music festival is a great way to train the next generation of music lovers. You can get one day passes or plan on camping out. Local band Kings of Belmont will be there. If you are feeling so inspired, you can come home and get some guitar lessons. Maybe we will be blogging about your band playing a festival.

On Saturday night, Daughtry is playing the nTelos Pavilion. Doors open at 6, but you can grab dinner with your date afterward at Tempo.
